Caso práctico II — Construcción de material multimedia mediante IA agénticaCase study II — Building multimedia material with agentic AI
Bloque II · IA agéntica · entrega en grupo + test individual. Cada grupo elige uno de los 66 dossieres de casos de la asignatura y, dirigiendo a un agente, construye sobre esos datos un dashboard web interactivo y unas slides del mismo estilo que promocionen su servicio. Se entregan tres cosas y nada más: capturas, el script que calcula el panel y las slides. La trazabilidad de la sesión, qué harness, qué modelo, abierto o cerrado, qué contexto y cuánto costó, no se entrega: se pregunta en el test individualBlock II · Agentic AI · group submission + individual test. Each group picks one of the 66 case dossiers of the course and, directing an agent, builds an interactive web dashboard on that data plus a matching slide deck promoting their service. The submission is three things and nothing else: screenshots, the script that computes the panel, and the slides. Session traceability — which harness, which model, open or closed, what context and what it cost — is not submitted: it is examined in the individual test

Caso práctico III — El asistente que contesta con los documentos de vuestro sectorCase study III — The assistant that answers from your sector's documents
Bloque III · RAG · entrega en grupo, defensa junto al pitch final. Cada grupo monta un asistente que responde leyendo los documentos reales de su sector, con la cita del fragmento del que sale cada cifra y una regla de abstención para cuando la respuesta no está en el corpus. Se entregan tres cosas: el sistema reproducible, las 25 preguntas del conjunto de evaluación con su fragmento de oro anotado, y la tabla de acierto@k, fidelidad, abstención y coste, con los dos arreglos medidos antes y despuésBlock III · RAG · group submission, defended at the final pitch. Práctica final — Plan de negocio de una startup AI-firstFinal project — Business plan for an AI-first startup
Entregable de curso, obligatorio y con nota mínima de 5. Un plan de negocio escrito para quien pone el dinero, con un prototipo que arranca y un pitch de quince minutos. El prototipo lleva tres piezas: el RAG del Caso III, un servidor MCP con dos herramientas que el agente llama de verdad, y la decisión de SFT con su aritmética. La memoria incluye la ficha del modelo, diez preguntas sobre el modelo que lleva dentro el producto, que son también las de la defensa sin IACourse deliverable, compulsory and with a pass mark of 5. A business plan written for whoever puts up the money, with a prototype that runs and a fifteen-minute pitch. The prototype carries three pieces: the RAG from Case III, an MCP server with two tools the agent actually calls, and the SFT decision with its arithmetic. The report includes the model record, ten questions about the model inside the product, which are also the questions of the AI-free defence
